Émeri products are made to order to ensure optimal quality and finish. Production times may vary depending on the type of item:


Standard production: 2–3 business days


Special or customized products: 4–5 business days



Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Estimated delivery times depend on the product and the final destination:


Most products: 7 days to destination


Special deliveries for certain products: Up to 14 days



These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external logistical factors beyond our control.

For most Émeri garments, shipping is free for the customer. If shipping is not included in the price of certain products, these are likely to be valuable, exclusive, or limited items.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Any costs incurred due to incorrect information that prevents delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Delivery Issues


Damaged products: If you receive a damaged product, contact our support team within 48 hours at:

Delayed delivery: If your order has not arrived around the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team.



IMPORTANT: Some products may take a couple of extra days to arrive. Please avoid contacting support unless necessary. If the product has not been delivered 5 days after the estimated date, customers have 48 hours to reach out to our support team. Émeri will evaluate the case and provide the appropriate solution.
